Title: Carrot Pudding Puff

1/2cMargarine, melted
1/2cBrown sugar
1tsSalt
1tbLemon juice
1 1/2tsVanilla
2 Egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2cSifted flour
2cCooked carrots--mashed
  Or 2 lb.can drained and
  Mashed
1/2tsBaking powder
1/2tsBaking soda
2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten

Combine all ingredients, folding the egg whites in last. Pour into a 1 1/2 or 2 quart greased casserole dish.
